 Today, I am feeling proud to write this blog about the Indian Magician of Hockey, Major Dhyan Chand . Today, I would like to share a motivational event from his life. During the 1936 Summer Olympics Hockey Finals in Berlin, Germany, the Indian National Hockey Team achieved a glorious victory over the German Hockey Team under the exceptional leadership of Major Dhyan Chand . Adolf Hitler , the then- dictator of Germany , was also present at the match held in Berlin. After Germany's defeat, Hitler became upset and return back to his home. In the evening, he invited Dhyan Chand to his residence . While they were having talks, Hitler asked Chand about his profession other than playing hockey . Dhyan Chand replied by saying that he holds a small post of a Lance Naik Subedar in the Indian Army . The dictator firmly advised Chand to leave the Indian Hockey Team and join the German Hockey Team to play from Germany's side . The dictator told Chand that if he does so, Hitler would imme...

  David Blair was the second officer of the RMS (Royal Mail Steamer) Titanic back in 1912. He had been the second officer of the RMS Titanic for all its test runs. But just before the Titanic could start her maiden voyage, there was a last-minute change in the plan . David Blair was replaced by Henry Wilde as the ship's second officer by the ship's owner White Star Line . Henry Wilde had been the chief officer of Titanic's sister ship, RMS Olympic . The company took this last-minute decision as they saw Wilde as a more experienced mariner with better skills of running such large ships . But David Blair became upset and wrote to some of his relatives that he was upset about being replaced. As he was upset, Blair forgot to hand over the keys of the binocular cabin on Titanic to Wilde, which changed the fate of the Titanic .   Akbar , the third Mughal emperor, who is considered to be the greatest ruler in the history of the Mughals , was also one of the richest rulers in the whole world. His net worth at his peak was about 21 trillion USD , which is 3 trillion USD more than the current largest economy in the world, i.e. The United States!

 The official residence of the President of India , The Rashtrapati Bhavan , or sometimes called The President's Estate , is the largest residence of any head of the state of the world. The estate spans over a total area of about 130 hectares or 320 acres . The area includes the royal Mughal Gardens , the residents of the servants, the staff, the stables, and the residence of the  President's Bodyguard  regiment troops, with libraries, schools, and other important buildings such as the Central Secretariat Building . Compared to the official residence of the President of The United States , The White House , which spans only over an area of 18 acres , The Rashtrapati Bhavan is almost 17 times larger than The White House in terms of area .

 The LZ 129 Hindenburg , was the largest airship of its time. It was about three times longer in length and about four times higher in height than the Antonov An-225 Mriya , the current largest fixed-wing aircraft.

Joe Biden , former Vice President of the United States , and the running candidate for the 2020 United States Presidential Elections is said to have some family connection with India, particularly with the city of Mumbai in the Indian state of Maharashtra .
