The extraordinary and determined patriot

 Today, I am feeling proud to write this blog about the Indian Magician of Hockey, Major Dhyan Chand . Today, I would like to share a motivational event from his life. During the 1936 Summer Olympics Hockey Finals in Berlin, Germany, the Indian National Hockey Team achieved a glorious victory over the German Hockey Team under the exceptional leadership of Major Dhyan Chand . Adolf Hitler , the then- dictator of Germany , was also present at the match held in Berlin. After Germany's defeat, Hitler became upset and return back to his home. In the evening, he invited Dhyan Chand to his residence . While they were having talks, Hitler asked Chand about his profession other than playing hockey . Dhyan Chand replied by saying that he holds a small post of a Lance Naik Subedar in the Indian Army . David Blair was replaced by Henry Wilde as the ship's second officer by the ship's owner White Star Line . Henry Wilde had been the chief officer of Titanic's sister ship, RMS Olympic .
